Refund policy


Whilst we hope that every customer is satisfied with their Caffeine&Machine purchase, we do recognise that sometimes customers may wish to return their item. If that's the case, or if there is a fault with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns

  • We accept returns up to 14 calendar days after purchase.
  • Returned goods must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • Returned goods must be unused & supplied in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returns arrive in good condition and on time. 

Refunds

  • Items will be inspected to ensure they meet the above criteria.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method. This may take up to 5 working days to appear as cleared funds depending on the payment method used.

Return Shipping

  • With the exception of faulty goods, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We will endeavour to process refunds within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made in store only.
